EDI: D&I are lost without Equity
This keynote focuses on the reduction of DEI to just diversity and inclusion (D&I) which overlooks the crucial component of equity, which is essential for creating environments where diversity and inclusion can truly thrive. Equity ensures fair treatment, equality of opportunity, and fairness in access to information and resources for all. It’s not just about representation but also about providing the support needed to ensure everyone can participate fully and succeed. This keynote will both educate and inform about what’s wrong with a D&I strategy and how to get back on the right track.
